The provisions of this Privacy Policy aim to inform about the processing of personal data collected and gathered through the website www.biotechcare.org (hereinafter, the «WEBSITE»), owned by BIOTECH CARE E.I.R.L (hereinafter, the «COMPANY»), identified with RUC No. 20609157322, with registered address at Urb. Tahuaycani B-31, Sachaca, Arequipa, Peru, as well as the rights that users may exercise regarding their information.

A «User» is considered to be any person who browses or registers as a customer on the WEBSITE or those who have provided information to conduct a transaction for the acquisition of a product from the COMPANY. The COMPANY promotes the provision of free and informed consent when necessary.
